About the event
At RSI we are constantly exploring better ways of unlocking opportunity for sustainable growth. At our event in tandem with Toronto Climate Week and BOMA Canada, we will update you on our ongoing initiative Rethink 4 Walls (R4W), and explore successful office to residential conversions in Canada with research completed by Southern Harbour Limited.
Next we will hear directly from the City of Ottawa and learn of their successes in these regards providing much needed unconventional housing solutions. Finally we will learn more about how building conversions and retrofits can be done in a sustainable and profitable way and what is needed from a policy perspective to enable more of these solutions.
